Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Money Notes mobile application ("App") or accessing our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Money Notes ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Money Notes is an AI-powered personal finance management application that helps users track expenses, analyze spending patterns, and receive personalized financial insights. Our services include: • Voice-based expense tracking and natural language processing • Automated expense categorization and analysis • AI-generated financial insights and recommendations • Goal tracking and progress monitoring • Weekly and monthly financial reports The App is designed to assist with personal financial management and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for specific financial decisions.

To use certain features of Money Notes, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use Money Notes only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not: • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App • Use automated systems to access the App without permission • Impersonate any person or entity • Collect or harvest user data without authorization • Use the App to transmit spam or unsolicited communications Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of Money Notes—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof—are the exclusive property of Money Notes or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include: • Modification or copying of App materials • Commercial use or public display • Removal of copyright or proprietary notices • Transfer of the license to another person • Use of data mining or similar data gathering tools

Money Notes offers both free and premium subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to: • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase • Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals • Provide valid and current payment information Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. We do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that: • The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free • Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable • Any errors in the App will be corrected Money Notes provides general financial tracking and insights only. We are not a registered financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary. Our AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial advice. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Money Notes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cairo, Egypt, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Money Notes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Money Notes at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include: • Violation of these Terms of Service • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity • Non-payment of applicable fees • Extended periods of inactivity • Request by law enforcement or government agencies Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website and within the App. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Money Notes after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the App and may request account deletion.
